The main function of ballistic range spatial benchmark is to put all sets of photography stations into the same space coordinates system and provide standard for cameras,which is used to processand analysis projectile images captured simultaneously by the cameras.Aimed at the application background,a kind of ballistic range spatial benchmark control system was designed,which was based on the Digital Signal Processor(DSP).And the measurement and control system based on DSP is constructed.Finally,its accuracy was analyzed.Target channel spatial reference measurement and control system is used as the laser emission source of the laser wavelength of 532nm.Using the DSP output square wave modulation signal as pulse laser diode driving signal to eliminate the interference of background light and dark current of PSD detection signal caused by voltage signal conditioning;the PSD output of the data acquisition and data processing through the internal DSP internal ADC conversion module,improved data collection module precision;using A/D correction circuit to solve the DSP in the process of data collection,gain error and offset error curve of analog-to-digital conversion exists,and as a baseline correction for other acquisition channels;the circuit of asynchronous serial communication(SCI),to solve the problem of data transmission and communication between the PC signal and guaranteeing the normal;stepper motor drive control console is fixed on the dual field word grid reference carrier PSD motion,the laser light was irradiated on PSD The center of energy density of speckle gradually approaches to coincide with PSD center.There was a standard component in the double cross grids benchmark carrier stations.Both carriers' and standard component's photos were taken in the space coordinates system.And their feature points were discerned to calculatestandard component's size.Analyzing the several sets of measurement results,the spatial accuracy of the system was superior to 0.5mm.At last,5.8mm and 12.7mm bullets were used in the experiment.The result shows that the system had reasonable construction,steady performance,easy operation and high positioning accuracy.Besides,it could save adjustment time in stations and effectively overcome the man-made factors.
