With the progress of science and technology and social development,demand of construction has been high for people.Low carbon environmental protection and green energy has become a key index in the world,and building energy consumption in the process of construction and accounted for 40%of use the whole world's energy consumption.In the next ten years,the building energy demand will rise further.Therefore,to reduce building energy consumption,the research and development of green building is very urgent.Since 1990s,introduction of exterior wall external insulation from Europe to China,had been widely used in practical engineering in the northern region.However,the EPS module is lack of research in the connection way between 2 EPS modules,and it caused the application process by the EPS module is very inconvenient.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research of a kind of EPS module connection way to simplify the EPS module construction and construction processThis paper,through the research and development of the EPS module connection way structure,simplify the EPS module structure and reduce the EPS module in the actual engineering application of the construction process in order to reduce transportation costs.By using the finite element software Pro/Mechanica,,found that 3 12mm flange bolts of connection way is the most optimal structure for the Frame Bridge;and by using the finite element software Pro/Mechanica,the stiffness of SW11 and SW12 modles meet the "building structure"(GB 50009-2012)requirements;finally,the use of ABAQUS finite element software to establish the 300mm x 300mmx 120mm module concrete structure model,found that within a certain range,the number of the Frame Bridge does not affect the concrete form of damage,However,the overall structure of stress distribution change,and it concentrate in the Frame Bridge and nearby.Besides,the contacting surface of tress-strain for the concrete and the Frame Bridges is extremely complicated.There was a negative correlation between the bearing capacity of concrete with the Frame Bridge.
