Abstract/Summary:
Heilongjiang province is the largest granary of our country with two hundred million mu arable land,also is the most important major grain-producing areas and commodity grain production base of our country.Heilongjiang province plays an important role in construction of national grain security system.Longjiang county of Qiqihaer in Heilongjiang province as the important base county that selected,have carried out all kinds of agriculture and water conservancy construction to consolidate the basis for high grain yield,high benefit agriculture and high farmers’ income.A river storage engineering is built in the project area,the main contents of engineering construction are excavation of the river,construction of the embankment and the water engineering.A small earth and rockfill dam is built by the villagers in the river,but it’s for long years out of repair and the leakage phenomenon appeared at the upstream of dam.We need to do anti-seepage treatment for the river bottom.But if the river bottom anti-seepage processing design is undeserved,the security and stability hidden dangers will be left.Therefore,the following three works are done in this article:(1)To select of building type,designing and arranging for river storage engineering.(2)To calculate and analyze the security and stability for the project combined with the engineering design(3)To choose the suitable anti-seepage measure by comparing the different anti-seepage measures and summarizing the engineering experience.
