D type boiler was been used in domestic petrochemical industry, and it was been mainly relies on import. As the environment problem increasingly prominent and clean energy expansion, D type boiler is faced with the demand for alternative industrial coal-fired boiler. But the current domestic D type boiler due to the evaporation capacity was small wait for a reason and can not completely replace large coal-fired industrial boilers. Therefore the development of large capacity D type boiler has become a current important topic.This paper takes Suzhou Hailu Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd, development of 100t/h D type boiler based on. Through thermodynamic calculation and smoke wind resistance calculation to adjust the heat structure and layout, to get the 200t/h D type boiler preliminary design. And on the basis of the hydrodynamic calculation have been carried out to verify the reliability of this type boiler. And in the hot flue gas flow numerical simulation on the basis of further optimization of the structure of heating surface to judge the resonance,by the change of lift coefficient in convection tube bundle.This article verify the reliability of the D type boiler by three main traditional calculation of boiler,the hot smoke flow numerical simulation of convection bank, and vibration prediction analysis of convection bank area. Through a series of calculation and analysis, the following conclusions:(1)By the increase of unit operation load, can achieve the operation condition of the 200t/h, and can satisfy the thermal calculation, and at the same time for more than20% of the rated conditions can meet the hydrodynamic calculation standard on the basis of structure size do not adjust.(2)Through the hydrodynamic calculation, once the 200t/h D type boiler was running at 120%-20% working condition, it was reliability.(3)Basic the analysis of hot flue gas flow numerical simulation and the convection bank area of the vibration prediction, 200t/h D type boiler has the resonance phenomenon, but compared with 100t/h D type boiler, the vibration phenomenon was reduced. Boundaries for 200t/h rated conditions, when the boiler operation load reduced, vibration was gradually increased; When the boiler operation load increased, vibration was gradually reduced.This paper shows that the design and research work for the 200t/h D type boilerhas the reliable conclusions on basic of the 100t/h D type boiler from Suzhou Hailu Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.
