As the living standard of people is increasing, the household appliances are also increasing, so the total amount of electricity load of power users is also rising in a straight line. This trend is bound to cause parts of the load ratio too high, leading to power tension in the lives of the residents, even power-off or pull a switch power brownouts, and brought a lot of inconvenience to the residents living. To this end, the major companies have introduced a number of energy-saving products, making the state of electric tension in a certain sense has been greatly eased. However, due to the large residential area with frequent use of power electric equipment, night lights and a series of electric energy wasting conditions often occur, from this we can know that the user is not reasonable and effective management of household appliances, so, in view of the fact that the user cannot reasonably manage household appliances, it is necessary to put forward a kind of electricity optimization strategy, making the user can participate in the fast "cut peak and fill valley" plan, in order to achieve energy saving, efficient, and orderly use.The purpose of this paper is to research and design a kind of household intelligent power management control system, through the low voltage power line carrier communication technology, the use of power acquisition technology, genetic algorithms and so on, a solution that about the method of low voltage power line carrier communication technology to construct the home network, and realize the intelligent control of electrical equipment is proposed. And by using the genetic algorithm, combined with the user's power and village from the power center time-of-use electricity price information, use electrical equipment startup time as the decision variables, load distribution and electricity expenses as optimal target to establish household electricity planning model of electrical equipment. At the same time by using power planning model to calculate the optimal period of power consumption of each electrical equipment, to provide the best electricity plan of electrical equipment for users.The optimization method of genetic algorithm is used to analyze the characteristics and constraints of the power equipment, and the corresponding adjustment method is given. In order to verify the feasibility of this management strategy, the system is simulated and calculated. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the cost of electricity consumption, and achieve the purpose of moving peak and filling valley. And at the same time, the simulation system is tested and the test results have reached the expected goal.
