Research On Risk Management Of Swivel Construction Projects Across Existing Pedestrian Bridges

With the accelerating of pace of nation economic, the state also increasedinvestmentin infrastructure, and assumed more and more projects for the implementation of appropriate project risk is also growing. As a new management discipline, risk management is especially important in project management, project management by controlling risks and reducing the risk of loss from the project and avoiding serious consequences. Also, many construction company lack professional personnel, our project management risk research is not yet mature, a lot of project managementexperience, learn from foreign theories, management philosophy and implementation doesn't closely integrated. Weak risk awareness and other issues so as to form a certain amount of risks. How can rational, scientific and effective to develop a mature project management methodology, the research project risk management has become a priority.In this paper, the existing railway line across the pedestrian bridge construction project as an example of the system of risk management research.in the implementation process, how to control the risks and avoid loss. In achieving social and economic benefits from the project will be explained how risk identification, assessment and control systems were made.
