The underground mined out area treatment and comprehensive treatment is an important problem to be solved urgently in the whole process of exploitation and utilization of mine resources,and the hidden danger of underground +200m~+300m gob group in Ma Keng iron mine has reached the urgent need to solve.As soon as possible,the goaf group in the section can not only cut off the connectivity between the goaf left behind +300m and the goaf below +200m,but also greatly alleviate the hidden danger of underground mine safety,and lay a good foundation for the mining of the lower ore body and the treatment of the mined out area.The iron mine ore block and four block east mining area as the research object,the statistical analysis of the basic situation and characteristics of the various sections of goaf,construct the goaf treatment method optimization level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the typical section of the goaf are the preferred processing method for grade evaluation the typical goaf treatment design of deep hole caving scheme and further comparison of different optimization,finally proposed the surface subsidence control scheme and gob area comprehensive treatment recommendations.The main contents and results are as follows:1.in the statistical analysis of Makeng Iron ore mined out area and characteristics of goaf treatment methods based on the factors that affect the system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation standard of the suitability of factors,determine the index weight and qualitative index membership,and then establish goaf treatment method and fuzzy evaluation matrix,and the.The eastern section and measures four well block typical goaf by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the empty area processing method to optimize the mining section.2.on the basis of investigation and analysis of Makeng Iron Ore Mine Section East Engineering Geology and mining conditions,the typical section of goaf 214-283 goaf group as the research object,designed 214-283 hole edge mining spaced side caving,214-260 inclined section of East Mine Goaf disposal and 214-283 goaf step by step three kinds of treatment scheme,by comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages,to determine the most suitable for this section of the eastern section of middling 214-260 inclined mining goaf treatment scheme.3.on the basis of investigation and analysis of Makeng Iron Mine measures four well block engineering geological and mining conditions,the typical section of the goaf of four mine goaf group 214-272 as the research object,were designed through vein arrangement of inclined and vertical caving caving,caving deep hole sector route layout of inclined and vertical caving anddeep hole sector the top chamber combined approach on the top three deep hole sector schemes,through comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages,to determine the most suitable for the top section of the route layout of inclined and vertical deep hole sector caving goaf treatment scheme.4.in the comprehensive analysis of deep hole blasting forced caving of surface collapse and other safety hazards,combined with iron mine measures well surface topography,underground mining in the middle of control chart and map data,the use of existing waste machinery and related materials,designed with the restoration of land surface scheme backfill,anti leakage,environmental protection and greening the function of the.Finally,the comprehensive treatment method of +200m~+300m level goaf in Ma Keng iron mine is summarized,and suggestions for comprehensive management of the mined out area below +200m level in the future are put forward.5.Treatment group mined-out area can not only cut off the section goaf with + 200 m ~+300 m above the legacy in goaf under interconnected,greatly ease the downhole safety in mines,but also for the lower ore body mining and goaf treatment lay a good foundation.
