The Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline system with multi-supplier and multi-delivery including 1 trunk pipeline of 2200km and sereval branches is one very importante gas pipeline in our country.It transports natural gas in province of Sichuan and Chongqing province to province of Hubei,Jiangxi,Anhui,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and city of Shanghai.The gas consumers include city gas consumer,industry consumer,electric plant consumer and regional gas company.These trunk,branches,compressor station,delivery staion and gas storage incorpate a complicated hydraulic system.Once one parameters varies and it will cause the operating condition of whole line varies.The Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline is characterized as long-distance,multi-deliveries and complex.It will be a challeage to make sure pipeline operates safetly and economically.In order to make pipe operators know,master and regulate operation condition of pipeline,it is necessary to study operating condition of Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline to make sure pipeline operates safetly and economically.Based on lots of materials and datas,the commercial software SynerGEE gas and SPS are used to build model and compute and analyses the maximum throughput,reasonable linepipe,optimal operating sheme,accidential condition.The basic rules on optimizing operation is summarized and this result will provide the reference for the operation of pipeline in the future and increase economic benefits.(1)The influence of different compressor stations and different number of units on operation ability of gas pipeline was analyzed based on gas distribution of each station under typical output conditions.(2)The principle and method of optimizing the operation scheme was formulated for the Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline,Aimed for the seven typical transportation conditions:90×108m3/a,100×108m3W/a,110×108m3/a,120×108m3/a,132.3×108m3/a,140×108m3/a,150×108m3/a,Ihe production and operation scheme formulated and selected is reliable and effective,it can provide guidance and decision for the operation of the pipeline,and is of guiding significance for the field production.(3)Combining domestic and foreign pipeline companies’save application situation,the pipeline company should be supposed to divide the pipeline save into six controlling areas which include highly or lowly safe pipeline save area;allowing highly or lowly safe pipeline save area and target highly or lowly safe pipeline save area.The corresponding control index was proposed according to different typical throughput.(4)The calculation transient change law of pipeline when the conditions-gas source interruption,main line truncation valve accident shutdown or pipeline blockage,pipeline leakage and compressor station failure,contribute to the gas pipeline scheduling management departments to find the accident,and immediately take emergency measures,make operation scheme pipeline emergency conditions,protecting the safe operation gas pipeline.
