Recent years,the trend of poor quality of crude oil has been intensified and the requirements of environmental protection have become more and more stringent.The demand for oil quality upgrading has been continuously improved.Only after removing the impurities such as metal,sulfur and nitrogen from the raw materials through hydrogenation unit,can ensure the product qualified.The removing sulfur,nitrogen and the high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen of the device make devices pipeline corrosion problem increasingly prominent,which also has great influence on the safety and stability of the plant.In this paper,the process of hydrogenation unit will be analysised,different process media under the pipeline there are different equipment corrosion,to take measures of the key parts of the hydrogenation device to in order to anti-corrosion.After understanding the corrosion mechanism,we can improving the thermodynamic stability of the material to cope with stainless steel with polysulfate corrosion,alkali stress corrosion cracking,hydrogen stress corrosion cracking,naphthenic acid corrosion,high temperature sulfur corrosion environment,hydrogen embrittlement and other corrosion,reduce these types of corrosion occurred.then coupled with the implementation of anti-corrosion process,we can strengthen the control of the raw materials,the top and the bottom of the tower's temperature and water injection control.Then,through the establishment of online corrosion monitoring system and the inspection of equipment pipeline corrosion,the corrosion monitoring function of the equipment is played.Finally by controlling the process parameters,improving the structure of reasonable selection material,adopting corresponding anti-corrosion measures,in order to reduce the devices of the pipeline corrosion rate,so as to achieve the desired protective effect,and the corrosion of the equipment will be effectively controled and protected.
