| The growth of natural gas demand has made the natural gas pipeline engineering project more and more concerned.In order to improve people’s living standard,the country is gradually strengthening the construction management of natural gas pipeline projects.With the continuous reform of our country’s economic system,natural gas pipeline construction has been marketization gradually,gas pipeline development is a chance,whether H company can seize it depends on its level of construction quality control.So it is of important practical significance to make it keep competitive advantage in the industry,using scientific and reasonable analysis method to research the quality control of natural gas pipeline project of H Company.Based on the present situation of the project quality control research,and on the basis of the literature,as well as mastering the basic theoretical knowledge related to quality control,the results of the study found that personnel,material,technology,machine and environment arc the five factors of quality control which have great influence on project quality and need to be concerned.Through the collection of data and related research,this paper details the present situation of natural gas pipeline project of H company and puts forward H company’s existing problems of project quality control,and analyzes the reasons of these problems deeply.Then,according to the status quo and existing problems of construction quality control,from macroscopic aspect,this paper Construct quality control system and put forward the related operating mechanism of the quality control system.On the micro side,the Constructi《n quality control effect evaluation project form is designed for H Company,refining to each specific project and score,and the advice of quality control around "4M1E"is given,which play an important role in improving the effectiveness of the quality control of H Company. |
