The Quality Improvement Research Of C Oil And Gas Pipeline EPC Project

With the deepening of national reform for opening up and increasing demand for energy,oil and gas pipeline engineering possesses the important meaning and value as a national and local energy strategic channel.In order to ensure the smooth and safe transportation of oil and gas pipelines,the project quality should be put in the first place,and the quality of the project should be continuously strengthened.The article first explains the oil and gas pipelines EPC management mode and EPC general contracting mode of quality management concepts,and take the current situation of C oil and gas pipelines EPC project quality management as an example to summarize and analyze the root causes of problems occurred in the implementation process of planning,design,procurement,construction.Secondly,through the research and analysis of the quality planning and improvement of the C oil and gas pipeline EPC project,a set of quality control and improvement methods suitable for the EPC project of oil and gas pipeline is extracted.Finally,this paper also discusses in detail the specific application of the quality control group in the quality improvement of EPC project for oil and gas pipelines,which will serve as a reference for quality management in the future.In addition,this paper also summarizes the quality management and control scheme of the contractors in the EPC project of oil and gas pipeline,and analyzes the implementation effect in the C oil and gas pipeline project,which puts forward new ideas for the quality management of other domestic and foreign oil and gas pipeline EPC projects in the future.
