The electric pump wells in Tahe oilfield are characterized as high pump depth,high formation temperature and high salinity.Especially in wells in heavy oil blocks,crude oil with viscosity leads to lower system efficiency(The average system efficiency is 12.01%in Tahe oilfild while it is 27.3%in Sinopec)and higher energy consumption index(The average Tons of liquid power is 14.9 kW·h/t in Tahe oilfield while it is 13.5 kW·h/t in Sinopec).However,there is few research of how to test and calculate the system efficiency in an electric pump well.Therefore,this paper has carried out the following work:(1)On the basis of literature about electric submersible pump system efficiency and the principle of system efficiency calculation,the system efficiency can be divided to two separate parts:the circuit subsystem and the thin oil injection subsystem.Then,a complete set of method to calculate the efficiency of the heavy oil pump system is proposed.(2)The procedure of calculating and analyzing the efficiency of electric pump well system was written based on the Vusial Basic.It is mainly composed of three parts:data entry,efficiency calculation and analysis and output.(3)The basic data of electric pump wells in Tahe oilfield were collected and analyzed,and the production of electric pump wells in Tahe oilfield were analyzed statistically.And 51 wells were chosen to prepare for the calculation.(4)The system efficiency of 51 wells with thin oil injection was tested,whose system efficiency,surface sub-efficiency and subsurface efficiency were then calculated by self-made software.The influence of gas-liquid ratio,moisture content,dilute ratio,input current and input voltage on the efficiency of electric pump well system are analyzed by calculation results.(5)Facing the problem of "Big horse-drawn cart",this paper plan to analyz the causes of the problems and then put forward corresponding solutions.The mixing process of heavy oil and thin oil was simulated applying CFD.The indoor heavy oil-thin oil mixing test was used to verify the results.The concept design of a new heavy oil sparse mixer was proposed.
