Puguang gas field natural gas purification plant a total of six sets of joint devices,provided for a major overhaul every three years,the joint installation of a large number of sulfur,high cod sewage into the sewage treatment unit.The sampling analysis of maintenance waste water,because of the different use of passivation agent,two kinds of maintenance wastewater are produced,a kind of waste water which is black,high cod and high in suspension;another kind of passivation liquid after the pipeline is micro-yellow,containing pungent odor of sewage,high cod,low suspended solids,A total of sewage is produced in the 3000?5000m3 device overhaul.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This pape researched domestic and foreign gas purification plant maintenance wastewater treatment technology status,to study the applicability of relevant treatment methods,analyzed the current maintenance of wastewater treatment process and methods exist deficiencies.(2)Study the effect of maintenance wastewater of SBR sewage treatment system,analyzed the maintenance group wastewater and studied the indoor experimental.Different passivation agent with the waste water caused by the use of biochemical system,the influence of the selection of passivation agent.(3)By analyzing the maintenance waste water,to determine the main problem is the early stage of the passivation cleaning maintenance of residual waste water passivation on biochemical treatment of activated sludge are toxic.High concentration COD organic matter in wastewater can be poor biochemical degradability,and generate a lot of bubble,when the aeration activated sludge in a large number of deaths on the float.Dark brown passivation caused by suspended matter in sludge in SBR pool black and stink,settleability could become worse.Maintenance wastewater has certain oxidation at the same time,directly into the SBR pool led to the deaths of sludge reduction and activity.(4)Analysis of gas purification plant in Puguang gas field.SBR sewage treatment process,compared with the characteristics of maintenance wastewater and existing treatment process water requirements,proposed the existing SBR deficiencies in wastewater treatment process and process improvement methods.(5)Based on analyzing the current situation of maintenance wastewater treatment,in the conventional oxidation,catalytic oxidation,fenton oxidation,such as pretreatment technology,after pretreatment can improve the maintenance wastewater biological sex,water quality meet the requirements of in SBR.(6)According to the characteristics of puguang gas field maintenance wastewater containing high COD,through the indoor experiment and field test.Conducted hydrolytic acidification,catalytic air oxidation treatment technology research,to determine the optimal processing method.According to the production requirements,in the case of biochemical treatment cannot achieve standard,implement standard reinjection;in biochemical treatment of cases,improve the two maintenance wastewater biological sex,make have to overhaul waste water meet the requirement in SBR pool,so as to realize the maintenance standard of wastewater discharge processing.
