Research On Discharge Standard Of Pollutants For Rural Sewage Treatment Facilities Of Zhejiang Province

Along with the advancement of rural work in china, rural domestic sewage treatment had become a main object during the beautiful country construction and a series of improving rural environment projects in recent years. But there has not been issued national standard of rural domestic sewage discharge, cannot provide unified evaluation scale for the rural sewage treatment. At present, our country in addition to Ningxia, Fujian, Shanxi, Hebei and several provinces introduced local rural sewage discharge tandards other provinces mainly implemented the relevant standards. Zhejing province more implemented “Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant”(GB18918-2002), “Integrated wastewater discharge standard”(GB18918-2002), “Standards for irrigation water quality”(GB5084-2005).However, quoted standards water contains ingredients were a significant difference in rural domestic sewage, and the control project is too excessive, to the current level of technology economy and management in rural areas is difficult to achieve. Hence,according to the characteristics of rural domestic sewage, there is badly in need of formulate the rural sewage discharge standard. This paper will based on this background to carry out the related research of formulating the rural domestic sewage discharge standard.This paper, in-depth analysis of the current situation in our country and rural water pollution in Zhejiang Province, the existing rural sewage treatment technology; studies international standards and rural sewage treatment-related specifications, according tothe actual geomorphology of rural in Zhejiang Province and sewage treatment technology, combined with the actual research, testing and other means to resolve sewage discharge characteristics. Drafted “discharge standard pollutants for rural sewage treatment facilities”(DB33/973-2015) of Zhejiang Province, determined the control targets for the pH, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, suspended solids, fecal coliform, animal and vegetable oils a total of seven indicators, while fixed the relevant emission limits, and analyzed the environmental benefits and economic techniques. The first and second magnitude standard emission limits are pH(6-9) CODCr(60mg/L, 100mg/L), ammonia(15mg/L, 25mg/L), total phosphorus(2mg/L, 3mg/L), suspension(20mg/L, 30mg/L), fecal coliform count(104个/L), animal and vegetable oils(3 mg/L, 100mg/L), which animal and vegetable oils only for farmhouse wastewater treatment facilities to perform.This paper, put forward the discharge standard for rural sewage of Zhejiang Province and Some suggestions for rural sewage treatment facilities. The topic has some advanced and innovative in rural sewage treatment study. Through field visits and post-evaluation, the standard is feasible in economy and technology. The standard not only to provide technical support for rural sewage treatment facilities in Zhejiang province, but also has the reference and guidance for other provincial and even the national level.
