| Foam ceramics,also known as porous ceramics,is a silicate foam material with a high porosity,with light,high strength,heat insulation,fire,non-toxic,etc.,can be widely used in building insulation and other fields,It is a very interesting research topic to prepare foaming ceramics by using coal water slurry waste residue.In this paper,the Coal slurry residue as the main raw material,the preparation of foam ceramic samples,And its performance,foaming mechanism and influencing factors were studied.The results are as follows:(1)Through the coal-water slurry residue,silica sand and other raw materials analysis,and design of foam ceramic base formula,heating system and process.(2)The effects of sintering temperature,addition amount of blowing agent and doping amount of coal water slurry on the bulk density,porosity,compressive strength,water absorption,acid corrosion mass loss and thermal conductivity of foamed ceramics were investigated.(3)The best formula is: Coal slurry residue : 60%,silica sand: 36%,Na2CO3:2%,K2CO3: 2%,SiC: 0.5%.The bulk density was 0.615g/cm3,the porosity was 76.4%,the compressive strength was 5.3MPa,the water absorption was 5.3%,the temperature was 10℃/min,the sintering temperature was 1120℃ and the holding t ime was 30 min.The mass loss rate of acid corrosion is 1.4% and the thermal conductivity is 0.059W/(m·k).The crystal phase composition is mainly quartz(SiO2),calcium feldspar(CaAl2Si2O8),cordierite(Fe2Al4Si5O18)and so on.The performanc e of the prepared ceramic samples conforms to the relevant national standards. |
