| The development of denim has a long history,has been a hundred years of history,but its basic characteristics have not changed: woven,blue by white latitude,texture stiff,poor flexibility.So,in recent years in the domestic and foreign markets there has been a soft,breathable good denim fabric,the cowboy style full,to the consumer eyes bright feeling,indicates that a soft,flexible has become a denim fabric of a new requirement.But we found,knitted denim fabric dimensional stability and wear resistance can not be compared with the traditional denim fabric,and difficult to change,due to the structural characteristics of knitted fabrics limited.Based on traditional woven denim fabric production technology,this paper aims to explore the feasibility of developing a new type of imitation knitted denim fabric by innovating fabric organization and structure,breaking through the traditional woven technology thinking,including technology,market prospects and so on.In order to make the new denim fabric have the characteristics of high elongation and high elasticity of knitted denim fabric,the sizing process and the improvement of the warp beam quality are put forward.The multi-chip based on PICANOL GAMMA2000 rapier loft is optimized by weaving process,reducing the weaving process defects and other defects.To improve the weaving efficiency and explore the finishing process,the fabric shrinkage rate has been effectively controlled.Comparative test analysis of the traditional denim fabric and imitation denim fabric mechanical properties and fabric style include cloth weight,fabric tightness,shrinkage,tear strength,tensile strength,elongation at break,wear resistance,permeability,etc.,and make a corresponding evaluation.The research shows that the new imitation knitted denim fabric can improve the inherent quality of knitted denim fabric,woven denim breathable and skin-friendly.It possesses the performance of soft,good elastic and intrinsic quality.And its style are stability,and it can be manufactured into various products. |
