In order to adapt to the deepening requirements of HeKou reservoirs which is easy to sand,and the effect of sand control in high shaly and fine sand reservoirs is further improved.Based on the experimental study of formation clogging and the mechanism of sand production,the sand control and related technology are improved to solve problems.Provide efficient development of technical for the high shaly and fine sand reservoirs.Firstly,the experiment is carried out to study the clogging rule of sand control wells in high muddy siltstone reservoirs,and the factors influencing the sand control effect of sand control wells are explored to provide technical support for the optimization of sand control technology.Secondly,in order to effectively reduce the clogging of the filling layer of the sand control wells,the permeability of the mud and the fine sand in the near wellbore is reduced,and the blocks are acidified by the near well and the foam is mixed and the formation is pre-treated,To improve the production of oil wells after sand control.Finally,through the indoor mold and numerical simulation experiments,the gravel packing zone thickness and graded gravel ratio were determined to improve the seepage capacity of near-well area.The effects of stratigraphic sand migration,gravel sand ratio and liquid production on the degree of clogging were investigated.The experimental results show that the ratio of gravel sand is D50/d50=56,which can form a stable sand bridge and effectively block the sand intrusion.The increase of displacement will aggravate the clogging of the filling layer.Control in 60ml/min.According to the characteristics of the reservoir,the acid solution and its additive formula were optimized.The pressure model of the foam fluid was solved,and the pressure and density distribution in the wellbore were obtained.The gas-liquid injection ratio was 14.69.According to the difference between the pressure difference and the thickness of the skin,the thickness of the surface filling is 2m.The theoretical combination experiment is used to summarize the graded gravel grain size with different grain size,Fill the amount of gravel to make an optimization.In this paper,through the improvement of existing sand control and pretreatment technology,the problem of low production and low liquid production of sand control wells is solved and the results show that the output of oil and sand is increased and the water content decreases,Long time stable production. |
