Regional sustainable development was puttig forward in the 1980s of the International Society,It is scholars’ reflections on the consumption of resources in the world, the rapid expansion of cities, the global climate change and the slowdown of economic development. They are tryingseek a new balance in the economic,social and ecological environment of the region,which will make the region’s economic,social and ecological environment develop together for a long time.This study is based on the sustainable development of the Tibetan and Mongolian autonomous prefecture of Haixi City of Qinghai province. Taking Tuosu lake and Keluke lake’s area (also known as Tala lake) as the research object and Using City Development Index and Ecological Footprint for the methods to analyze the sustainable development status and development model of this area.The CDI index of Haixi City is 82.42. It means the level of urban development is low,which is related to the economic and social development of Haixi City. The per capita ecological footprint of Haixi City is increasing year by year, and in the other hand,the ecological surplus is decreasing year by year,According to the study of the Energetic Ecological Footprint of Haixi City in 5 years.Nowadays ages, Mankind’s consumption of non-renewable resources is increasing,and the fossil resources and so on are not sufficient. All of these are severely restricted the social economy’s development . The planning of resource utilization should not be ignored, however, Haixi City still has the ecological surplus.Because of people’s consumption, the non-renewable resources are decreasing and there is an urgent need to develop renewable resources. This paper puts forward some opinions for Haixi City’s development from ecological protection and construction, organic aquatic product development, the development of ecological qinghai-tibet plateau and folk tourism resources, green biological products industry development, oasis ecological agriculture development, Ecological animal and husbandry development and "One Belt, One Road" economic belt. |
