Research On The Impact Of Different Carbon Policies On Distributed Robust Newsboy Models

Today,carbon emissions have been attached great importance in the atmosphere pollution.Relevant government and organization have released a carbon cap policy,carbon trading policy and carbon tax policy and relevant strategies used to control carbon emissions.Carbon trading policy refers to the authority(usually government agencies)set a certain time of carbon emissions to the enterprise,if the enterprise carbon emissions are more than the upper limit of the time,the enterprise can go to carbon trading market to buy beyond the cap carbon emissions.Otherwise,the enterprise can sell the rest of the carbon emissions.Carbon limitation policy refers to the enterprise certain time limit the upper limit of total carbon emissions must not exceed institutions.A carbon tax policy means for enterprise production project in carbon emissions,countries impose corresponding tax.This article will introduce a carbon policy traditional newsboy model,considering the market demand under the condition of mean and variance is known,only different carbon policy for distributed robust newsboy model.The influence of building carbon quota policy respectively,the carbon cap policy,the carbon trading policy and the carbon tax policy of distributed newsboy model,through the expected profit maximization is the worst situation to develop the optimal order quantity.By solving the three models,we derive the closed form solution of the optimal order quantity,and we compare three kinds of policy,and the results show that carbon trading policy can produce higher profits and lower carbon emissions,is the best policy.Finally a numerical case with all the parameters robust sensitivity analysis also proves the validity of this development model,and gives some management implications.This paper structure is as follows:The first chapter,we introduce the research background,research status quo of carbon newsboy problem under the policy,the research status of distributed robust newsboy problem and main results in this paper.The second chapter,describes the problem in detail,introduces the notation and basic hypothesis and model building,construct three kinds of different carbon policy under the distributed robust the mathematics model of newsboy problem,solving each model of the closed form of the optimal solution,and correlation analysis.The third chapter,compare the model under three different policy,Using numerical example to illustrate the development of the model and the results of the analysis,obtains some management Suggestions.The fourth chapter,the article conclusion and future prospects.
