Research On The Factors Affecting Rural Environmental Pollution In Poverty-stricken Areas Of Yunnan

With the rapid development of china’s ecomomy,the pollution of our environment has become more and more serious.The characteristics of the poor areas in yunnan province are the combination of the border,the mountains,the ethnic minority and the poverty.So it’s difficult to recover after the destruction especially in the place where has vulnerable ecological environment.To solve the contradiction between ecomomic development and environmental protection in rural areas,we need to take the road of ecological civilization and promote the sustainable development of Agriculture.The choice of farmers’ behavior has a decisive influence on the rural environment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influence factors of environmental pollution from the perspective of farmers’ economic behavior,and put forward reasonable suggestions,in order to improve and protect the ecological environment of poverty-stricken areas in Yunnan.At first,based on the domestic and foreign literature review,this paper summarizes the factors that influence the behavior of farmers,and lays the foundation for the questionnaire,Secondly,by using the statistical yearbook data and survey data of Yunnan province,this paper analyzes the current situation of environmental pollution caused by household production behavior and household consumption behavior.The farmer’s production behavior including excessive use of chemical fertilizers,pesticides,plastic sheeting.Household consumption behavior includes the choice of high pollution energy and improper disposal of waste.Then,the Logit model is used to analyze the factors that affect the economic behavior of farmers in poor areas of Yunnan.The external factors include two aspects:agricultural technicians and companions.The internal factors are the basic characteristics of farmer households(farmers’ age,education level of farmers),farmers’ resource endowments(farmers’ annual income)and farmers’ own environmental protection(farmers’ awareness of ecological civilization).Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve and protect the ecological environment in poverty-stricken areas of Yunnan Province from three aspects:individual farmers,enterprises and government.
