At present,most of wool shrink-proof treatment is still using chlorine-containing oxidant,which can significantly improve the properties of wool,but its wastewater contains a large number of adsorbable organic halide(AOX)?In recent years,domestic and overseas have adopted a legislative approach to limit AOX emissions.Therefore,the technology of non chlorine free finishing of wool fiber has attracted more and more attention.The Ecoshine shrink-proofing process studied in this paper is based on protease(ECOSHINE enzyme680)and activator(ECOSHINE activator670),through repeated padding treatment liquid,which was consists of activator,protease and other additives,can realize the continuous rapid chlorination of wool.Firstly,the optimum temperature of Ecoshine was 60 ? and the optimum pH was 9.5;Investigated the effects of activator concentration,temperature and bath ratio on the activator in Ecoshine process,which standard was reaction rate of activator;The feasibility of Ecoshine technology was confirmed by comparing the enzyme activity of pure biological enzyme with Ecoshne technology;Through The comparison of the reduction rate with the Ecoshine process and the simple protease and the activating agent can be seen,the Ecoshine process can quickly remove the scale layer of the wool fiber and even remove it completely;The mechanism of Ecoshine process was obtained by dyeing performance test,amino acid analysis,ultraviolet scanning,directional friction test,Allworden reaction,XPS analysis and SEM photograph analysis;The activator acts on the disulfide bond,and protease acts on the amide bond,These two substances co-catalytic,and ultimately achieve the purpose of rapid removal of scales.Secondly,the optimum conditions of Ecoshine process were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Studied The effect of single factor(treatment method,activator concentration,protease concentration,dip times,temperature,pH,etc)on Ecoshine process,the best conditions of the factors are obtained by the reduction of the size of the ball,the breaking strength of the fiber,the elongation at break and the SEM.Single factor experiment to narrow the scope of the experiment,the orthogonal experiment to screen out the best process conditions,and make the appropriate optimization.The optimum technological conditions of Ecoshine process:activator 2.5g/l,protease 2.0g/l,dip rolling 4 times,pH was about 9,temperature 50 ?,liquid rate was 100%.Finally,studied the effect of Ecoshine process on the properties of wool fiber.The application performance of wool fiber after Ecoshine process was demonstrated through directional friction effect,anti pilling,dyeing properties,whiteness,breaking strength,breaking elongation rate,short haired etc.
