Semi automatic dicing machine is a kind of precision equipment,mainly used for scribing metal and ceramic piece,glass,sapphire,silicon,germanium,gallium arsenide and other materials,so that the processed products of excellent quality,beautiful and smooth cutting edge.On the basis of the domestic and foreign development of the dicing saw and literature research,this paper combines the design and test of the "semi automatic precision dicing machine" project of Shenyang and Research Technology Co.,ltd..The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current development and trend of the precision dicing machine at home and abroad,and the main factors of the mechanical structure and working principle of impact on the quality of the scribing theoretical analysis of dicing machine blade,spray cover structure,water and water seal structure were analyzed to determine the overall program structure of dicing machine.(2)Tomplete the whole structure and key components selection design.The mechanical analysis and selection design of the blade of the scribing machine are carried out,and the material and the composition of the blade are determined.(3)The design of organ waterproof cover structure.Analysis of the main reason of the dicing machine movement of corrosion,sources of moisture,water mist determine the water seal structure was put forward,and the waterproof cover structure improvement design,test results show that the low cost and good sealing effect.(4)The structure of metal spray cover is designed.Through the investigation and analysis of the existing spray hood dicing machine,spray cover problems found the overall strength is not enough,size adjustment inconvenience,lack of interchangeability,the use of metal spraying cover structure was determined through comparative analysis of different schemes,and the design calculation.(5)Experimental study on cutting process parameters of dicing machine.First of all,through the single factor test to determine the impact of the cutting machine cutting quality evaluation index that is the width of the blade w three important factors,that is,the spindle feed rate v(x axis feed speed),cutting water q,spindle speed n.Then,the optimal processing parameters were determined by two factor orthogonal regression rotation combination test of three variables.The experimental results show that the structure design is reasonable and meets the requirements.
