There is some contamination in pipeline order transport of product oil.Due to the mixed oil tailing phenomenon,the subsequent oil flash point don't meet the quality requirement in a period of time after cutting is finished,so there is no choice for sales company but to cut it into mixing tank until the quality meets the national standards.At present,the study on tailing phenomenon is still inperfect,so it is necessary to investigate the gasoline volume distribution in contamination tailing and the way to deal with the unqualified oil.At first,theoretical analysis method is applied into this paper to analyze the influencing factors of mixed oil in the refined oil transportation,and the factors include shut down of pipeline,transfer order,the amount of oil input,initial contaminated product,transportation distance and branch operation.Then,numerical simulation is applied to simulate the effect of blind branch.Then,by changing the simulation condition,the influence of the oil flow fate and the length of blind pipe in the oil tail is analyzed.At last,through the change of blind pipe length and shape,when blind branch is a specific length,combination method of the shortest replacement time is obtained,which is beneficial to find out the process of decreasing the length of blind pipe.Next,indoor experiment is used to get the flash point value after some specific flash point diesel blends with different proportions of gasoline.After this,the Newton difference method and linear regression are applied to get the other flash piont disel calculation model.After then,the site experiment that gets the diesel gas volunme distribution of oil tail is done to get the gasoline volume distribution curve of oil tail after cutting finished of two pipes in China,which uses the flash point calculation model and the the change rule of flash piont of diesel.Finally,based on the laboratory date and the distribution of gasoline volume of oil tail after cutting,the calculation software of calculating the unqualified oil volume of oil tail is developed.The software is widely used,and it can used to calculate the unqualified oil volume of oil tail cutted by fixed proportion.Compared the amount of unqualified oil calculated by software with B pipeline experimental data in July 24th,they only have a difference of 8%,so the software calculation value is relatively reliable.Besides,it can also used to calculate the entire oil flash point change pattern after cutting the unqualified oil into the tank.
