Natural gas hydrate is considered as the potential fourth new alternative energy source.The novel hydrate technology has broad application prospects in gas storage,gas mixture separation,desalination,etc.At present,the key technical problems of hydrate formation are slow formation rate and low gas storage capacity.In view of this,based on the experimental device of gas hydrate synthesis developed,the experimental study was carried out on formation characteristics of static system and dynamic response of hydrate,and design the natural gas hydrate synthesis system in order to explore the preparation scheme for large sample and rapid method for gas hydrate.The static system mainly research the water system and SDS accelerator effects on gas hydrate synthesis,7.35MPa,2.5? pure water experiments were performed for 6 days that only a small amount of hydrate formed,the volume of the reactor was increased by 10 times and the induction time was reduced to 9.5h,increasing gas liquid contact area can accelerate hydrate synthesis;SDS in shortening the hydrate induction time and increasing he average growth rate of gas hydrate has significant effect,the induction time of 0.216g/L was 1293s,the average growth rate of 0.288g/L was 0.0112mL/s,all experiments show that the optimal concentration range is(0.216?0.432)g/L;compared with pure water experiments,SDS increased the gas storage capacity of hydrate,but the effect of concentration on gas hydrate storage capacity is not significant.The dynamic system of the bubble experiment process is divided into three parts:interface generation,liquid phase back mixing and growth along the wall,the effect of pressure fluctuation on induction time was studied.The experiment found:the pressure fluctuation is greater,the gas-liquid turbulence is stronger,the induction time is smaller,more conducive to the synthesis of natural gas hydrate,the initial pressure of 4.5MPa,the optimum pressure fluctuation degree(1?1.2MPa);the pressure fluctuation degree of 1.2MPa and SDS concentration of 0.25g/L is reduced to 580s.That bubble together with SDS is the best method of experimental hydrate synthesis,which can shorten the induction time and guarantee the gas hydrate with high storage capacity.Based on the above research,the gas hydrate synthesis system was designed,and draw the flow chart,the system was used to promote the rapid synthesis of hydrate by bubbling,spraying and mixing;The experimental process and the specific key equipments are designed,including reactor,regulator and mixing mechanism,and the related auxiliary equipment is selected;The single channel porous plate type bubbler system was designed by Fluent simulation;at the same time put forward the method to stable the pressure of loop system that is realized by water regulator,and on the basis of this method developed the new calculation method to calculate the storage capacity of gas hydrate.The successful development of the system provides a rapid and large sample synthesis scheme for the simulation of marine gas hydrate exploitation,and to provid ideas and suggestions for the industrialization of hydrate synthesis technology.
