With global resources(oil,gas,coal)consumption continues to expand,national researchers are eager to discover and exploit new energy to solve the crisis.Natural gas hydrate has been hailed as a new energy in the21st century,a natural gas and the water formed in the combustible under certain conditions,non-stoichiometric crystalline compound cage type, because it is similar in shape and appearance with ice,also commonly known as "combustible the ice."In the exploitation of natural gas,transportation,storage and transportation process, the formation of gas hydrates has seriously affected the recovery,even clogging pipes,inhibitors appear to effectively solve the problem of hydrates clogged pipes.In this paper,the work done has the following parts:(1) Comprehensive review of the literature of existing drugs and laboratory instruments, decided to develop a kinetic by NVP,AM,DMDAAC three monomer synthesis gas hydrate inhibitors PMD.Experimental evaluation of suppression by performance evaluation device,through the experimental analysis of a single factor (monomer ratio,the total concentration of monomer,initiator,temperature,pH) affect the performance of synthetic products,the use of orthogonal experiment synthesis inhibitory the best recipes and conditions;(2) The test samples were compared,the kinetic inhibitors is by VC-713and PVP and widely used at home and abroad tetrahydrofuran gas hydrate test method for measuring the effect of the performance of the synthesis inhibitors;through a high pressure reactor kettle inhibitors had measured hydrate equilibrium curve and the relationship between time and pressure;(3) Analysis by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy inhibitor structures,indicating that inhibitors of the target product from the synthesis of the three monomers;using an Ubbelohde viscometer viscosity characteristics inhibitors,viscosity of the synthesized product is calculated average molecular weight;through scanning electron microscopy to, the state of aggregation inhibitors PMD solution,indicating the success of synthetic polymers are effective;(4) Inhibitors of PMD in the laboratory-made and methanol,ethylene glycol,sodium chloride, calcium chloride,PVP,VC-713,etc.Compatibility experiments investigate the influence on the inhibitory effect of the mixed inhibitors;was found with methanol,ethylene glycol, sodium chloride,calcium chloride,PVP,VC-713,etc.The higher the concentration,the longer the time of hydrate formation,in which methanol and VC-713and PMD complex effects than other thermodynamics,kinetics inhibit agent;(5) the impact of the completion of the experiment inhibitors on freshwater-based drilling fluid slurry and brine base mud filtrate performance of experiments and the formation of gas hydrates.Experiments show that inhibitors of freshwater-based drilling fluid PMD paste and salt water base mud have some thickening effect,but has little effect on the rheological properties of the drilling fluid,with the increasing amount of inhibitor,API drilling fluid filtration decreases gradually reach10mL;the filtrate THF hydrate crystallization experiments and found that with the increase of inhibiting hydrate formation inhibitor amount of time and extended.
