| In recent years,the international oil prices in the doldrums,the difficulty of domestic oil production is also increasing,reducing costs has been the first choice of various oil fields.Conventional beam pumping unit has been unable to meet the requirements of reality,the development of new pumping unit has been the main direction of oil related enterprises now.From the appearance of the pumping unit to the present,we can see that the evolution rule of the pumping unit:the development of the pumping unit towards the long stroke,energy saving and high efficiency,strong adaptability and so on.The gear ring driven pumping unit has been widely used in various oil fields.It can be used to accept long stroke,high efficiency and energy saving.And has the advantages of high transmission efficiency and good service economy.In this thesis,the design and analysis of a new type of ring gear driven Double Horsehead pumping unit,the oil pump is pumping oil machine design based on a conventional beam based on the conventional beam pumping unit,With the conventional beam pumping beam frame center axis,the installation of a rear horsehead at the end of the beam makes the front and rear the horse head movement track overlap,rear horsehead connects through the wire rope and the balance weight,ring gear reversing mechanism to drive a balance weight structure under reciprocating motion,realize the pumping action.The main content of this paper includes the following chapters:In the first chapter,firstly,the thesis mainly research the main models of domestic and foreign oil pumping machine,and focuses on the analysis the development background of the pumping unit and the structure characteristics of the Double Horsehead pumping unit and the ring gear drive;secondly,combining content analysis,it puts forward the new pumping unit conjecture;finally,it lists the design content and technical route of this paper.In the second chapter,according to the conjecture of the design,the thesis puts forward the two kinds of different structure schemes,and finally determines the final structure scheme of this paper through scheme comparison of the rationality of the structure and the economy of the pumping unit.In the third chapter,firstly,according to the parameters of the oil field,the suspension point load is calculated.Through the analysis of pumping unit suspension static load,dynamic load,friction load,it gets the load needed by design of pumping unit;secondly,according to the load,the components of the pumping unit are designed and calculated,which include motor,reducer selection,design and calculation of gear and gear ring,the calculation of the guide wheel,the design of balance weight-reversing the structure of the beam frame,design of balance weight frame,lubrication system,brake system selection etc..Finally,the 3D model and assembly of parts are created by 3D software SolidWorks.In the fourth chapter,the thesis analyzes the main components In the finite element software ANSYS,including the analysis of tour balance weight frame,beam frame,the modal analysis of balance weight frame,statics analysis of gear and gear ring,and static analysis of the ring gear structure,check the stiffness of the structure can meet the requirements.In the fifth chapter,Using the software ADAMS and ANSYS fatigue tool analysis module.The thesis analyzes and simulates the gear fatigue,In the dynamic software ADAMS,the load spectrum of gear meshing is simulated and analyzed,and the load spectrum of a tooth is obtained,then according to the material S-N curve of gear and the load spectrum of single tooth in ANSYS,The fatigue cumulative damage of gear is analyzed in ANSYS fatigue tool to predict the fatigue life of gears.In the sixth chapter,the thesis summarizes the research contents,draws the conclusion,and puts forward the suggestions and prospects for the next research. |
