In this paper using a variety of pumping unit in oil field are analyzed on the basis ofrecent years, focusing on the development of CYJS10—5—37HB type of Double Horseheadpumping unit motion performance analysis, and the balance is improved, from the originalsingle crank balanced manner to the composite balance mode, achieve the purpose of energysaving at the same time, reduce the suspension rope force and rear horse head and beamconnecting pin force, in order to solve the Double Horsehead pumping unit in the usingprocess of the suspension rope is easy to break and the rear horse head pin is easy to becracked and affects the service life of the problem. Specific content is as follows:First of all, to the domestic and foreign development situation and the pumping unit usedin oil field pumping unit the main problem that exists at present and the way of energy savingis expounded, and puts forward the main research contents of this thesis are DoubleHorsehead pumping unit energy saving effect analysis of compound balance.Secondly, according to the conventional beam pumping unit based on pumping unit, thebasic parameters of pumping unit, the down hole condition, polished rod load, stroke, andselection of the motor power, the author analyzes. The kinematics and dynamic performance,speed reducer output shaft torque calculation of detailed analysis, for the follow-up study ofDouble Horsehead pumping unit and provide a theoretical basis.Third, application of conventional pumping unit calculation method of DoubleHorsehead pumping unit, geometry, kinematics and dynamic analysis, and the DoubleHorsehead pumping unit balance balance redo composite calculation.Fourth, to establish the virtual prototype model of Double Horsehead pumping unit, thevirtual prototype of the kinematics simulation analysis, the crank balance and compositebalance results in treatment were compared and analyzed, obtained by crank torque curvecomparison energy-saving effect, through the two Xiao Gang of the bushing connectionbetween the force on the rear suspension rope and rear horsehead pin force.Finally, on the main research contents are briefly summarized, and points out thedirection of future research and the research content.
