With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people clothing consumption concept,people have higher and higher requirement for the dress.Pure cotton fabric has soft hand feeling,good wet absorption and comfortable health for wearing,which contacts with the skin without any stimulation,which is also suitable for shirts and pants fabric.Pure cotton fabric,however,the biggest weakness is extremely easy corrugate,washing easy care especially need to pay attention to.For these high requirements that people to wearing,the production of clothing fabric is put forward higher challenges.For cotton fabric wrinkle resistance research,it mainly divided into fabric mechanical parameters,fabric structure and fabric finishing two aspects.In recent years,the study of crease resistant finishing agent and finishing technology has been perfect,but for the mechanical parameters and fabric structure of the fabric itself basic a halt in the eighty s.As people of finishing agent toxic chemicals and environmental harmfulness is becoming more and more attention,how to use less or no fabric under the premise of finishing,embarks from the fabric itself mechanical parameters and fabric structure to improve the fabric wrinkle resistance,is one of the future research direction.This article uses the combed cotton roving,spinning through the compact spinning yarn fabric and preparation of selected specifications corresponding specifications.Based on two aspects of fabric structure and mechanics parameters to explore its wrinkle resistance,coefficient of yarn friction was analyzed with dry and wet state and the parameters of the yarn structure and the relationship between fabric wrinkle resistance,the conclusion is as follows:(1)Through the compact spinning yarn spinning yarn properties are up to the master level.(2)The crease recovery Angle and structure parameters regression analysis(yarn linear density,twist,fabric end spacing,weft density)of the regression model,to determine the optimum process parameters,model absolute error less than 0.61°,within the scope of study has higher practicability.(3)Based on KES tensile,bending,compression,shear,weight per unit area and thickness of the relationship between parameters and crease recovery Angle,between them is set up by SPSS regression model,using mechanical parameters represent the recovery Angle,can solve the problem of recovery Angle detection such as the deflection,the model accuracy was 99.8%,and the research scope has a certain practical value.(4)To reduce yarn twist and improve linear density under dry and wet state reduce yarn twist and linear density,yarn friction coefficient decreases;Pure cotton yarn wet than dry friction coefficient of friction coefficient increased by more than 42%,the friction effect changes significantly,by adding organic fertilizer to improve the fabric wrinkle resistance;Yarn friction coefficient can only qualitative analysis the fabric wrinkle resistance.(5)The fabric after singeing treatment,fabric crease recovery Angle were improved,larger the greater the preparation of fabric,yarn hairiness index before and after singeing recovery Angle size change rule.(6)Within the scope of the experimental research,improving the wrinkle resistance of pure cotton fabric,breathable,moisture permeability and softness,performance almost no change,still in good performance.Research of this paper is from the perspective of fabric structure and the mechanical parameters to improve the crease resistance may provide the theoretical basis,design and processing of pure cotton fabric has theory and guidance value,also on people’s health and environmental protection have larger positive role,research has certain value and significance. |
