| Rolling linear guide as the high precision rolling function components,which has characteristics of high positioning accuracy,low wear and strong bearing capacity,has been widely used in CNC machine tool industry.This paper focuses on the study of linear roller guide static stiffness and static stiffness influence factors,and established the evaluation system of different manufacturers guide.Based on Hertz contact theory,we derive the stress state of each roller and deformation by the force under different direction loads.and establish stiffness model under different loads.The structure and measurement control system of the static stiffness test bed of the rolling linear guide are simply introduced,and in the process of tooling improvement the advantages and disadvantages of the tools for the measurement of the static stiffness of the guide rail are analyzed;The finite element simulation was carried out on the tension and compression integral fixture;The measuring method of the vertical stiffness is introduced,and the finite element simulation is carried out for the guide rail pair.Based on roller deformation and stress analysis,prove that in preload conditions,the linear roller guide static stiffness is about two times than no preload.The preload can be obtained from the static stiffness curve;The deformation of the slider have influence on the stiffness,then introduces the method for measuring slider skirt deformation in the preload and vertical load,As can be seen from the measurement data,the expansion of the slider skirt mainly occurs at the bottom of the slide,the larger the load on the vertical load,the larger the deformation of the skirt;It is found that stiffness is closer to the experimental data.when considering the deformation of slider skirt.This paper introduces production standard of the test sample,calibration process of sensor and pre-process of test sample;The measurement method of linear rolling guide friction.Though the problems of the evaluation founded in the four process,improved the evaluation method,Evaluation of the sample are analyzed in final,and summed up the guide static stiffness evaluation system. |
