Linear rolling guide pair is the most commonly used precision guide mechanism in industry.It has long been the focus and difficulty for engineers to predict the static and dynamic mechanical properties and friction characteristics in design phase.The main research content and contribution are summarized as follows:1.The Hertz elastic contact theory was introduced in detail.And the simplified method of the elliptic integral and the ellipticity were introduced.2.Based on the Hertz contact theory,the theoretical model of the static stiffness of the guide rail was established,and the influence of the external load,the pretightening force and the raceway curvature on the stiffness of the guide rail was analyzed.The simulation method was used to simulate the joint surface of guide rail.The rationality of the theoretical model was verified by the finite element method.The method was applied to the modeling of laser cutting machine,which improved the accuracy of the analysis.3.Based on the bar element,the finite element model of the dynamic stiffness of the guide rail was established.And the rationality and accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing the analysis results with the test results of the guide rail.The method was applied to the modal analysis of the laser cutting machine.Compared with the experimental results,it was proved that the model can accurately predict the modal characteristics of the laser cutting machine.4.The friction resistance of linear rolling guide pair was analyzed.The theoretical calculation model of the pure rolling friction force,the ball friction force caused by the differential slip friction and the elastic hysteresis loss was established.The effects of external load,pre tightening force and raceway curvature on the rail friction resistance were analyzed.The rationality and accuracy of the theoretical calculation model were verified by the analysis of the dynamics display.5.The dynamic characteristics of laser cutting machine were studied.The rigid flexible coupling dynamics model was establish,and the impact load of a machine tool in a feed cycle was obtained.The load was used for the transient response analysis of the whole machine,and the displacement of the laser head under impact load was obtained.
