| With the development of cities,sewage treatment plants,as an important infrastructure for the reuse of domestic water resources,play an irreplaceable role.Currently,domestic sewage treatment plants are generally divided into traditional aboveground sewage treatment plants and new underground sewage treatment plants.Traditional aboveground sewage treatment plant is limited by design,process and other reasons,easy to produce secondary pollution,often difficult to compatible with the surrounding environment.In contrast,the underground sewage treatment plant,while avoiding the problem of secondary pollution of the traditional aboveground sewage treatment plant,has the advantages of saving land and better surrounding environment.This paper intends to use scientific cost estimation method and value engineering method to analyze the whole life cycle cost of underground sewage treatment plant,and provide practical guidance for investment decision of similar projects.The whole life cycle cost of underground sewage treatment plant is mainly divided into three stages: preparation period,construction period and operation and maintenance period.This paper use the literature research on each stage of cost elements were analyzed,and then the whole life cycle cost analysis method(LCCA)combined with case study assessment NG the underground sewage treatment station total life cycle cost of the project,through the value engineering method and the sensitivity factors after analysis clear cost optimization control of a key,Finally,cost optimization suggestions are put forward for the example project.Based on the underground sewage treatment plant of the whole life cycle cost management research,on the one hand,help reduce new project actual ground,craft choice blindness,according to different processing range,different processing function of the project,adjust measures to local conditions to carry out the project of construction and total life cycle cost management work,on the other hand to improve the cooperatedbuiling parties of the cost of the project management level,It maximizes the investment benefit of the construction of underground sewage treatment plant,and provides scientific theoretical basis for the preparation,construction,operation and maintenance of similar projects. |
