Element is the most thorough research in lactic acid bacteria bacteriocin is lactic streptococcus,widely used in meat products,dairy products,canned,brewing and other industries.Although the lactobacillus element,increasing demand for production in the domestic production of lactic acid bacteria is still blank,this paper research and design has a high production level,environmental protection,energy conservation and lactobacillus element production enterprise.After the completion of enterprise,if mass production,can drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industries,alleviate the pressure of the local employment,is of great significance to promote local economic growth.Therefore,through the weighing of raw materials,transportation and other factors,assets industrial park construction in Inner Mongolia with annual capacity of 1500 tons of lactobacillus element production enterprise.Mainly in this dissertation for the analysis and design of production technology,to determine the acceptance of the raw material and raw milk and raw milk cooling to preheat the separation,purification and skim milk sterilization and vacuum concentration to inoculation fermentation,spray drying and packing process.Rapid tester using imported antibiotics,somatic cells,whole milk composition tester,strengthen the raw milk quality control.In ensuring production of high quality and streptococcus element on the basis of through different equipment selection,process optimization,especially the selection of SZ-?-3000 double falling film evaporator,save 1184.12 k J/h heat,so as to achieve energy saving effect.And the LPG-1000 type centrifugal spray drying in fermented liquid and dry,the equipment for liquid to a dry powder products,dried without crushing and screening,reduce the production process,adopts imported PLC computer program control system at the same time,a substantial reduction in the use of workers,to avoid the quality fluctuation and loss caused by human factors,and improve production efficiency.According to the 50 tons of milkprocessing,through the material balance,can ensure the annual output of 1500 tons of streptococcus grain production.From the perspective of sustainable development strategy,the factory sewage treatment station USES the new type of treatment,anaerobic hydrolysis acid/aerobic(A/O method),greatly reduced emissions of waste water,in order to establish environmental protection factory lay the foundation.
