Acrylic acid is usually used to manufacture and produce methyl acrylate,ethyl Ester,butyl Ester,and other acrylate types.Acrylic acid can be homogenized and copolymerized,and the resulting polymers are used to synthesize resins,synthetic fibers,building materials,coatings,etc.It has the prospect of development,so the design of propane production to acrylic acid has a great practical significance.In this paper,propane is introduced into the foreign oleflex process to make the intermediate product propene,and then propene through two oxidation methods to make the higher value of the finished product acrylic acid.The construction scale of the project was determined according to the need to be 200,000 tons per year of propylene and 100,000 tons per year of acrylic acid,and the product market was analyzed and predicted.At the same time,the necessity and feasibility of the project establishment were analyzed and the problems identified so far were put forward.And put forward a solution.In this paper,the process scheme is selected and the simulation of the process is optimized.At the same time,using Aspen plus software,the material accounting and energy accounting of the tower are analyzed and calculated.Using Aspen plus software,through the production and operation data of propylene tower,the distribution of vapor and liquid flow in the tower that cannot be directly measured is calculated,so as to determine whether the operating conditions of the propylene tower are suitable and optimize the operating conditions.In order to improve the output and reduce the energy consumption of the product,the bottleneck of the operation of the device is found out successfully under the high load running condition.In this paper,the typical key equipment is designed,and the related equipment is selected.The pipeline is also arranged and designed.In the design,environmental protection measures and occupational safety protection measures are adopted to meet the National requirements for safe production and industrial health protection.
