Pomegranate fruit is rich carbohydrate, protein, fat and polyphenols substances, with scavenge free radicals, postponing aging biological activity function, has the very high nutritional and medicinal value, is known as "Chinese singular fruit". The sea buckthorn fruit contains rich protein, fat and carbohydrates, but also contains a variety of vitamins and minerals necessary for the human body, the content of vitamin A, C, E, K, almost the highest ranking of all fruits and vegetables.In this study, the pomegranate fruit powder, sea buckthorn powder were mixed, add some accessories. Application of fuzzy mathematics sensory evaluation method combined with orthogonal test to the formulation of the process conditions were optimized, and screened with nutrition and health function of composite powder pressed candy and solid beverage products; at the same time, in the research laboratory based, with an annual output of 3000t composite powder tabletting candy production plant preliminary design.The results are as follows:(1)Study on the process conditions of sugar tablet composite powder. Through the single factor experiments combined with fuzzy mathematics sensory evaluation of pomegranate fruit powder, sea buckthorn powder, sweetening agent, citric acid addition amount of four factors were studied. On the basis of single factor test, the product formula orthogonal optimization test, optimum conditions were obtained: pomegranate fruit powder adding amount of 55%, the sea buckthorn fruit powder adding amount was 6%, the sweetener added 25%, citric acid added was 2%.(2) Determination of product related indexes. In the determination of particle mobility, the average angle of repose is 36.1, the average value of the compression ratio is 16%, which is in a certain range of flow, which shows that the average mobility is better. The size of particles is mainly distributed between 30 and 20 mesh, the water content is less than 4%, the total acid is 1.24%, the soluble solids content is 5.7%, pH4.670, and the solubility is better. Tablets are round or oval, bright and clean, complete, uniform, without lobes, the hardness in the 3-5kg range, according to the specifications of the different pieces of weight are not the same, with the time in a very kind of. The total phenolic content in the product was 27.1%.(3) Design an annual output of total plane layout of 3000t composite powder tabletting candy factory, workshop layout, determine the production process flow, selection of equipment, through the material balance, water, steam consumption, labor balance calculation and the technical and economic analysis to determine the plant design, can provide some reference data for the industrialization of the products.
