| Fried capsicum sauce is the company main product of "Laoganma" company. It is favored by people because of its cheap and delicious. With increasing market demand, the existing production capacity can not meet consumers’ requirements. In order to increase the productivity, production methods need to be changed, it has to develop a set of automatic filling equipment for fried capsicum sauce products.Through researching on the properties of the fried capsicum sauce, we found that the fried capsicum sauce was the solid-liquid mixed multiphase flow, which resulted in poor mobility and that the solid phase and liquid phase were easy separated. This paper focuses on designing and optimizing the filling machine. The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:Firstly, the filling mechanism control valve is the main control component of the fried capsicum sauce solid-liquid mixed multiphase flow in the filling process. The spool is the key component of the control valve, so in this paper we designed, researched the spool and set up three kinds of spools hole structural models, these models include circular hole spool, square hole spool and rounded spool hole structure. Numerical simulation method was used to simulate filling process under different spools, which analysed it’s surface streamline, density distribution,volume fraction distribution and pressure distribution. The results showed that the fillet spool hole flow field distribution is better than the other two structures. However, there is still the area with higher varies in density and volume fraction at the interface of the three-way valve and measuring cylinder and the interface of the valve and filling the pipeline, which makes the structure have to be optimized.Secondly, we reserched the filling pipeline and fillet radius. According to analyse the influence of the pipeline diameter on the filling process, we found that the fluid flow field distribution with 32 mm diameter pipeline is better in the process of filling. Through the analysis of the fillet radius, it could be drawn that fried capsicum sauce density distribution would be more uniform and more stable with increasing of the fillet radius. The structure and parameter of the filling mechanism were optimized. on the basis of all the above analysis.Finally, we finished a filling mechanism with good filling performance. After making the filling experiments, the statistical analysis of experimental results indicated that the accuracy of filling quality and density were within the allowable error range. It was proved that the machine meets the practical requirements and has achieved a good filling accuracy. |
