Domestic steel enterprises representative also become the epitome of industrialization in our country at present. But the development of ever developed countries for reference, the contradiction between environment and development in this period also highlighted focus. Current environmental pollution problem is various, both under the control of the influence of index of economic development, also has the effect of the environmental protection consciousness weak, more government and enterprises did not form a resultant force factors on environmental governance problem. In order to achieve the ideal environmental governance performance, it is necessary to establish relevant system, perfect the relevant system, to bring into full play the positive interaction of government and enterprise in the environmental management, realize the sustainable development of economy in our country.In view of the above situation, this paper first studies the relevant theories on environmental governance, through the explanation of the concept of enterprise interaction in the environmental governance as well as the related theory expounded, to build the theoretical framework of enterprise in the environmental governance interactive, lay a foundation for the theoretical research of this article; On this basis, analyzed the enterprise interaction for the reality of environmental governance needs and function; Then discusses the enterprise interaction on both sides of enterprise pollution in environmental governance information asymmetry, lack of market mechanism, unreasonable economic means, a series of problems such as imperfect legal system building, and in nanjing during the period of "youth Olympic Games" the government hard stop domestic several big steel mills chemical link project as an example, analyzed the "conspiracy" between government and enterprises, the relationship between "zero-sum"; Finally on this basis, combining with the actual situation in our country, put forward to improve environmental governance in the enterprise interaction of a series of countermeasures, such as the construction of information platform of enterprise pollution, improve the governance model, the reasonable plural use economic regulation and control means, perfecting the legal system construction, strengthen the supervision measures, etc.
