Currently, the way to solve the problem of deepwater cementing mainly uses low-temperature drift beads slurry system and foam slurry system. Traditional floating bead low density have been stirring and mixing influence the formation pressure slurry lead to inconsistent design defect density and the actual density, low density glass bead system is expensive, cementing the high cost and large foam grout required for the construction equipment, process design and construction is more complex. Therefore, an urgent need to stabilize the performance and inexpensive solid reducing agent instead of the traditional low-density LDL reducing agent.Based on traditional bleaching bead low-density defects and low temperature water debris early strength is low, slow development strength, setting time long shortcomings, first of all, through the link the bats model prediction effect to design solid reducing agent suitable for low temperature environment. Second in a series of experiments on various inorganic organic screening, early strength material compound with the low temperature early strength agent. Then based on the close packing principle of selecting superfine grade G cement and cement as base material, and through a lot of experiments, the optimal selection of water absorption material and additive, resulting in low temperature(20-50?) and has high early strength and the performance are fine solid low density cement slurry. With density change, sensors and actuators, early strength and microstructure of two kinds of solid low density cement and drift beads low density cement, further determine the solid good performance of low density cement slurry.In this paper, a method for low temperature synthesis of low density to reduce materials, glass beads solved expensive and easily broken cenospheres problems, expand the application range of the solid low density cement slurry.
