In recent years, with the increase of depth-drilled, the complexity formation of high-temperature, high pressure, rock salt and multi-pressure system are continuously increasing. In order to exploit the deep oil and gas reservoir and meet the requirements of well drilling process and reservoir protection, the new properties of drilling and completion fluids are proposed: better hole cleaning efficiency, maintaining hole stabilization, controlling filtration loss and leakage, utmostly decreasing the damage of the hydrocarbon zone and so on. Therefore, exploiting a new type of completion fluid system is an urgent task. Solid free completion fluid, has low viscosity and static shearing force, no dispersion and deactivation in high temperature conditions, can fundamentally realize the protection of the reservoir, solve dynamic and static proppant carrying sand, hole cleaning, reduce the resistance of bit to increase drilling speed.This article researches indoor-related experiments of anti-high temperature high density and solid free completion fluid, is implemented to screening of completion fluid formulation system. Including selection of weighting agent and treating agent and the determination of formula. At the same time, developing corrosion inhibitor of the completion system, analysing the corrosiveness and mechanism of metal material through coupon experiment, implementing evaluation experiment including inhibit expansibility evaluation, the plugging performance and hydrocarbon reservoir protection technology are evaluat by core permeability recovery tests. Finally, the completion fluid formulation designed to meet the demand of high temperature condition. Results of laboratory study showed that the completion fluid system presents good high-tempeartuer stability, and inhibiting efect, anti-temperature and salt, low corrosion, good reservoir protection and convenient field practices. The problems under high-temperature, high-pressure and mutiple pressure system are well resolved, ensuring construction safety. It has highly targeted and adaptability of the economy, for improving the ultimate recovery of oil field showed important significance.
