Xinjiang Oilfield Development multilayer build reservoirs exist within strata reservoir development, reservoir heterogeneity and strong low-permeability characteristics, the multi-well exploration and development of large displacement directional wells and horizontal directional wells are used fracturing, acidizing, water and other technical measures to achieve productivity enhancement and stabilization. As late into the oilfield development, often downhole casing leaks and other accidents, need to be implemented to find the leak plugging engineering technology, the core technology is the card sealing tool and packer. General card with seal packer mainly by dragging and rotating column to achieve, in vertical wells and small displacement directional wells high success rate; and in the presence of a large multi-level Inoue unseal operational risk, the card can not be repeated letters and other issues and large displacement directional wells and horizontal wells requires directional packer having a go down, do not move the column to achieve N repetitions card seal (packer and unblocking) function; paper work based on traditional packer for these problems principle, using cylinder pressure packer linkage with the locking mechanism and flexibility from regulators closed, reverse circulation, pitching pressure-forced hydraulic unblocking mechanism, developed a large displacement horizontal wells and tube wells for a non column movement can be repeated unblocking packer packer.
