Drilling diesel has been seen as the main power sources of drilling engineering,ex haust part has been criticized for long time. The fuel consumption of drilling diesel w ere more than 25% costs of drilling engineering. In order to answer the national polic y and deal the depressed international oil prices, we decided transformed drilling diese 1 into Dual-Stage turbocharger diesel. Applying the new turbocharging system in drilli ng diesel could improves the dynamic performance, emission performance, fuel econo my and etc. In our country, Dual-Stage turbocharging technology has only installed in several traffic engines in lab. There weren't any studies for large displacement engine s. Developing Dual-Stage turbocharging technology has the great significance. It will fi lied the vacancy of this area and provide a reference for future researches. In this paper, taken the real structure datas and the experiments datas of 190 seri es diesel engine from Jinan diesel manufacturer to built a model of target diesel engin e. Engine performance analysis taken on and made compare in two different turbochar ger system diesel models in various working conditions. Fluid analysis has took in tur bocharger system flow area. The specific works were as follow:(1) Taken the displacement, speed and other design parameters into consideration, recalculated the parameters of intake flow and intake pressure of diesel engine. Accor ding to results of calculation, determined the pressure distribution ratio of high-stage a nd low-stage, chose the turbochargers of Dual-Stage turbocharger system.(2) According to the structure data of target diesel engine and technical paramete rs, set up the origin engine model, used the experiment datas to calibrated correctness of model. Analyzed two methods of turbocharger connection of Dual-Stage turbochar ger system, and build the Dual-Stage turbocharger engine model. Used this model pre dieted the engine performance with new turbocharging system and made a comparation between origin and new turbo-system engine model in dynamic performance, accelerat ion performance, emission performance, fuel economy and efficiency of turbochargers.(3) The boundary conditions was based on intake and exhaust parameter of differ ent engine working speed (idle speed 800r/min, working speed 1200r/min, and declar ed speed 1500r/min). Typed these boundary conditions into flow area and get result. Checked the breaking strength of working blade in all turbocharger working conditions.Engine performance and related performance trends was reflected by engine perfor mance prediction and turbocharger flow area analysis. Research results proved the feas ibility of this project and provided a reference basis for similar studies of diesel engin e parameter optimization and pipe connection structure optimization and other follow-u p works.
