| This article analyzes the reasons of leakage failure or fracture failure of heat exchanger tubes in heat exchangers from the general situation, development and classification of heat exchangers. As one of the main pressure components, if the heat tubes due to material defects, severe corrosion, tube bundle vibration, etc., a single or a few aspects of the integrated causes of leakage or rupture, to the plant of the consequences are difficult to measure. When there is a slight leakage, can be solved by Plugging pipe heat exchanger, and the number of pipe leakage is too large to meet the needs of the heat exchange area, it can only stop and repair or replace the heat exchanger. The consequences of the fracture failure are more predictable. Failure cause the two phase miscible flow,when the two-phase medium mixed,it can causes awful and uncontrollable chemical reaction.As time goes by,it causes the damage of more components in the meantime the pressure and temperature rising rapidly. Eventually lead to serious explosion and fire.Based on this, the author makes a quantitative analysis of the factors that cause the serious consequences of the many factors, according to the standards of different countries. In order to meet the needs of engineering practice, two examples are selected to manual calculation and software calculation. In order to get a clear fracture apperance, the author has carried out the experimental analysis of the two above examples. The experiment includes the simple tests(the thickness, the length of the test, mass measurement), the grain size of the austenite and the observation and the analysis of the scanning electron microscope. Comprehensive the above items, that the reasons for the failure of heat exchanger tubes in the two cases are obtained.After speculation and verification, the author summed up the system method for failure analysis of heat exchanger, which provides a reference for future research on this field, so as to make the failure prevention measures, to ensure the safety of personnel, reduce economic losses, and create a energy saving and environmental protection factory. |
