Optical vortex is a special optical structure with helical wave front and phase singularity where the intensity of optical field goes to zero.It is of great significance to study the generation and propagation of optical vortex and its interaction with other optical fields.The optical vortex has a special orbital angular momentum,and it has important research value in the field of quantum communication and micromanipulation,and this becomes an important research branch of optics.Because of optical vortex array is a series of periodic arrangement,it can manipulate multiple particles and carry different information,so the optical vortex array has important application prospect.The use of optical vortex and optical vortex array to measure the Micro-displacement has become a hot research topic in recent years.This paper introduces several methods of generating optical vortex and optical vortex array,and researches and discusses the method of computer generated hologram(CGH)grating to generate optical vortex and the method of Talbot effect to generate optical vortex array.Besides,we study and simulate optical vortex and optical vortex array to measure the deformation,this made some creative achievements.The main research contents and the work are summarized as follows:1.By using computer generated hologram(CGH)to generate optical vortex-Laguerre Gaussian beam,and this can apply to deformation measurement.We design two-dimension fork grating and the experiment of generating optical vortex and deduce the theory by using the Laguerre Gauss beam to measure out of plane displacement.The simulation result shows that the method is feasible.2.We studied the methods of generating optical vortex array.We studied the Talbot effect and designed the phase diagram of the optical vortex array.Use liquid crystal spatial light modulator that can dynamic modulate the light wave to generate the optical vortex array.3.Measurement of object deformation by using optical vortex array.the phase diagram of an optical vortex array is designed which is used to generate an optical vortex array.We simulated the experiment of using the optical vortex array to measure the object deformation.The feasibility of the method is proved by simulation.
