Snow is widely distributed in the seasonal frozen soil area,and in the spring weather to pick up,the temperature rises,the snow melts a lot,forming snow melt runoff.The snowmelt runoff converted from snow melt water is an important part of runoff,and its planning and management model will have a direct impact on industrial and agricultural production and ecological environment construction in the basin.The Xiaoxing'anling area is a typical seasonal frozen soil area.The river in the region in the spring of the main supply from the snow melt.This paper chooses the Yongcui River Basin in Yichun City,Heilongjiang Province as the research object.The fractal theory is used to analyze the hydrological characteristics of the study area.The SRM model is used to simulate the snowmaking runoff process in spring.The important conclusion obtained of this paper are as follows:1.The runoff series,rainfall series and evaporation series of Yongcui River Basin were analyzed by moving average method.The results showed that there was a significant trend in runoff series and rainfall series,and the trend of evaporation sequence was not obvious.The correlation analysis of the hydrological elements showed that the correlation between rainfall and runoff is relatively large,which is close to linearity,and the correlation between runoff and evaporation is small.2.The fractal theory had been applied to the time series analysis of rainfall and runoff sequence.The Detrended fluctuation analysis method(DFA)showed that the runoff series of the region has obviously fractal characteristics.By calculating the fractal dimension to confirm the runoff process,and got the runoff time of the snowmaking process from April 1 to June 10.3.In order to simulate spring snowmelt runoff,this paper introduced the SRM model.Based on the measured data and empirical method,the model parameters were introduced into the SRM model.The results showed that the simulation results obtained by SRM model are 0.7442,and the relative error is 12.50%,which accorded with the accuracy requirement from 2010 to 2014.And then,the error source of the simulation results of SRM model was analyzed.
