Logging technology of conduction is an important part of the oil production and transportation. While many logging methods due to the poor detect accuracy, there are some limitations in the practical application. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to logging tool for the higher reliability and accuracy.An array conductance imaging logging instrument based on Embedded System method to accurately Logging is applied when combined with the actual situation in this paper.The method solve the problem of detection of downhole oil-water separation,The Real-time detection and targeting capabilities been compled by designing system of water content of pipeline flow interface which is up-down structure at the same time.This system is composed of the underground data acquisition system and the ground imaging system. The underground data acquisition system based on FPGA as the main controller, the module circuit is designed to ensure work normally for FPGA. At the same time, we transplante the embedded real-time operating system ? C/OS-II into the STM32 embedded processor and integrated ?C/GUI as the graphical interface of the system. In this section,The FPGA decoder chip is combined with STM32 embedded processor.In order to display data intuitively, the API functions and the driver program are called by the kernel to complete the application.when the underground data acquisition system communicated with the ground imaging system by using the three high density bipolar code encoding and decoding technique.The communication method solved the problem of frequency interference effectively.The validity of an array conductance imaging logging instrument based on Embedded System has been proved by a large number of field trials. Meanwhile, the Real-time and stability is better than other methods.The results show that the system can improve the detection accuracy of water content;At the same time, it can also meet the technical requirements of the test, and improve the maintainability of the logging tools effectively.
