In the field of molecular spectroscopy, the accuracy of the molecular structure derived from the isotope substitution technique of rotational spectroscopy is difficult to achieve by other current techniques.By fitting and analyzing the molecular hyperfine rotational transitions captured by rotational spectrometers, rotational spectroscopy can acquire the most accurate molecular geometry and electronic structure in laboratory, which can provide quantum computing chemistry with absolute standards, new challenges, and opportunities as well. The sample preparation technology of laser ablation and high-voltage discharge, invented exclusively for rotational spectrometers, can be used to create transient molecules, ions, and free radicals unstable in air for spectrometers to obtain their hyperfine spectra, which have important application in remote sensing of air constituents, molecule hunt in deep space, and exploration of the origin of life in universe. In this paper, the key technologies of laser ablation and high-voltage discharge devices are studied for the assisted sample preparation system of the spectrometer.Firstly,we introduce the theory of the sample preparation system of rotational spectrometers.Secondly,we focus on the instrumentation of the sample preparation system of rotational spectrometers. In addition, related technologies such as vacuum techniques, earth magnetic field shielding, gas rotational temperature controlling and multiple free induction decay, are applied to improve the sensitivity of the instrument. Finally,in this work,we introduce the synthesis process of copper organic compounds,CuCH3,CuCN and CuCCH,by combining both the laser ablation and high-voltage discharge sample preparation techniques. And the spectroscopic data were obtained and analyzed. The feasibility of the laser ablation and high-voltage discharge systems was approved, and the great yield of transient molecules by our sample preparation system was verified by the experiments.
