This article is based on the previous entomological society of Henan province when insects census of Henan in the Dabie mountain area, on the basis of a large number of specimens from morphology, the floristic analysis and sequence analysis of three aspects studied. The results are as follows:1?Can be seen from this research findings, Henan Dabie mountain soil oribatid mite species are relatively abundant, a total of mites isolated specimen 4074, the identification of specimens belonging to 39 families, 57 genera and 65 species, which contains 3 new species of China:Teleioliodes biciliatus?Truncopes henanensis? Licnodamaeus sculptrata. 37 species are new records in Henan.2?Identified 65 species of oribatid mite in the floristic analysis showed that soil oribatid mite in the region of the world's geographic ownership type can be divided into 12 faunas. Among them, The most common species belong to Palaearctic-Oriental, a total of 27, accounting for 41.54%. Palaearctic endemics total 18, accounting for 27.69%. Oriental endemics total 5, accounting for 7.69%. Home in China zoogeographical total 23 types. Among them, in Northern Region- Northeast- Central China and Northern Region- Northeast- Southwest- Central District- Southern Region there are 7 common species, 10.77% each. Northern Region endemics are 6, accounting for 9.23%. Northeast Region endemics and Northern Region- Northeast-Central District- Southern Region common species are 5, 7.69% each. Due to the Henan Dabie mountain at the confluence of the Palaearctic and Oriental, the junction of northern and central China area, so the Palaearctic and Oriental species are mutual penetration, northern and central China area are mutual penetration, and so the rich diversity of species.Through the above analysis results, it can be seen in Henan Dabie mountain soil oribatid mite the floristic composition and its geographical position are basic consistent, but also to the imbalance of soil oribatid mite classification research in China.3?Using PAUP sequence analysis software for 39 families show, Phthiracaridae closest to the evolutionary tree roots, is an early split out branch of mite suborder.Parakalumnidae and Galumnidae most away from the evolutionary tree root, and more apomorphy, is a late differentiation branch and two comparative higher families. Far more close relationship between most of the rest of the family is in line with the current concept of traditional morphological classification. Individual differences, main reasons: not enough characters;characters are lack of evaluation, and the accuracy of the feature selection is relatively low;the choice of software running commands have error, cause of shape recognition sequence;datas are restricted and some of the old, etc. So this thesis to every family of system evolutionary relationships are jumping to conclusions is not entirely correct. It need to be comprehensive analysis further from various characteristics of the traditional morphology and molecular biology research to determine the evolution of relationship between families.
