The research of flow debris and alluvial accumulation debris dating research is relatively weak, because of during the development of short, complex structure of accumulation, lack of organic matter. The mechanism of thermoluminescence is clearly and been used widely as one of important Quaternary geological dating ways. On the basis of preliminary studies of our laboratory, using of thermoluminescence dating techniques dating study the Yunnan Jiangjiagou debris flow deposits platform and Beijing Changping drilling, and get the following conclusions:1?Nideping platform of Yunnan Jiangjiagou accumulation occurred between9.3ka?57.1ka, and Duozhao platform accumulation occurred between35.63-73.58ka, Late Pleistocene and Holocene early; but geological age is not strictly accordance with burial depth increases, the geological age presences reverse phenomenon.2?Beijing Changping drilling using mixed sample and the extraction of quartz two dating methods, extraction of quartz TL dating results show that the sample equivalent dose increases with the burial depth, but the No.40of35.35m the thermoluminescence of the quartz light response saturated; The geological age of the mixed samples can reflect the sequence of geological sedimentary sequence, but there is a partial young phenomenon of the age data, and climate stratigraphy and paleomagnetic the age gap.3?The radioactive elements U, Th. K which decides the annual dose rate may be subject to local precipitation, along with increasing burial depth of content, display leaching deposition, so radioactive element content and the dose rate increases of the sample with depth.4?In order to obtain accurately the geological age of the debris flow samples, the method of determination of comparative study of pre-irradiation calibration30Gy Yunnan debris flow samples, the irradiation dose increment will get the equivalent dose, therefore, needed correction due to convergence geological samples according to increment equivalent dose error.
