The strata of Plain area in Beijing is well-developed in Quaternary, and the thickness of unconsolidated sediments deposited is large, and that sedimentary type is complex and diverse, It is the base of research in Quaternary Geology and paleoclimatic evolution. Affected by the lateral variation of lithology, lithofacies and new tectonic movement, there are many different understandings in stratigraphy of regional Quaternary and paleoclimate reconstruction.Middle Pleistocene climate transition (Mid-Pleistocene Transition), generally thought to occur from0.92million years ago to0.60million years ago, during which period of climate change led by the41ka cycle into100ka cycle, some increase in global ice volume. Sedimentary strata in the Beijing area were analyzed pollen, pollen and paleoenvironmental indicators based on research paleoclimate repeat a long time. In this study, cooperation with the Ministry of Geology and Mineral drill core material obtained in the Changping district, this article is studied of Palynology assemblages in103-149.8m depth in Dongzhacun drill, has a certain significance for regional paleoclimate reconstruction in the period of Mid-Pleistocene Climatic Transition in Quaternary. Acorrding to significant change of types of Palynology in vertical in drilling, they are divided into eight pollen assemblages, It is found that paleoclimate went through cold-dry and cold-wet and cold-dry and warm-wet and cold-wet and warm-wet and cold-dry evolution, Compared with the same period of climatic evolution of marine oxygen isotope characteristics are basically the same, it indicaties that in this time period, the basic climate of Changping district in Beijing is in response to global climate change.
