The Study On Influence Factors Of The Performance Of The Returned Crowdfunding

Crowdfunding is a small fund financing model which use network as platform.Such model provide projects by the project sponsors,provide funds by the project investors,to achieve the purpose of profit-making or non-profit activities,meanwhile provide tangible or intangible returns to investors.It originate in developed countries in Europe and the United States,and has achieved rapid development.The awarding raise as the subdivision type of crowdfunding also developed rapidly.In overseas,the awarding raise started from ArtistShare,and developed as the model of crowdfunding area.China’s awarding raise also rely on the crowdfunding platform,some of this kind platform developed well.For instance,Zhongchou Wang,Dianming Shijian,Zhuimeng Wang,Taobao Zhongchou,Letong Yinyue,and Jingdong Zhongchou.This paper uses the literature research method;the method combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparative analysis and so on.I also use relevant papers,reports,data collected at home and abroad to get the hang of the history and research status of the return crowdfunding in China and abroad,analyzes crowdfunding in the past,now and future trend.To make the comparative analysis crowdfunding in China and abroad,the return crowdfunding and other types crowdfunding as well as the comparison of the return crowdfunding on its own.Then I collected 3751 the return crowdfunding projects that are completed from Zhongchou Wang to make empirical analysis and try to find the influence factors of incentive to raise public finance performance.The study found that the number of people focused on the project,the number of people that share the project,the number of people that support the project,and the target amount of the project are the influence factors of the return crowdfunding performance.And we should make great efforts to support the return crowdfunding industry to move forward,to set up associate law and the Internet financial regulations,to create a good social environment,to accelerate the establishment of the public,to raise the industry association and the development of the public,to raise the industry standard,to improve the attractiveness of the project itself,expand the influence of the financing platform,strengthen incentives and other measures to enhance the performance of the project financing.
