Practice And Exploration Of XJ Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd Diversified Financing

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1978,the reforms of state-owned enterprises in China have been carrying out for three decades.During the 30 years of exploration and practice,the reforms have yielded fruitful results,such as the property rights of state-owned enterprises are clearer,many state-owned enterprises gradually establish modern enterprise system,the innovation and competitiveness of enterprises has improved,enterprises are vigorous and energetic,which are different from the past.Nowadays,the state-owned enterprises play an important role in promoting national economic development,social progress and national comprehensive strength.Although the state-owned enterprises has improved a lot,there also many problems,such as some ideas are backward,depending on borrowing money from Banks too much and inner financing is limited,lacking of financing channels,financing structure are irrational.The financing problems of state-owned enterprises have troubled officials and managers for a long time,which have been one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of state-owned enterprises.In the background of mixed ownership reforms of state-owned enterprises,this paper reviews three reforms of state-owned enterprises financing system in the past and theory on the modern enterprise financing,combines the financing experiences of Guangxi Xijiang Development & Investment Group Co.,Ltd with working experience,analyze the current problems and reasons for financing.This paper shows that it is the position of quasi-public and nonprofit state-owned enterprises which is set by the government that results in financing problems.On the basis of innovative financing tools and advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper is focus on how to solve the financing problems of quasi-public and nonprofit state-owned enterprises such as Guangxi Xijiang Development & Investment Group Co.,Ltd and give some advice in order to provide some information for further research.
